SATO CL6NX Plus 203dpi 6" Industrial Label Printer

The SATO CL6NX Plus is the latest advancement in SATO’s flagship 6-inch industrial printer range, replacing the CL6NX. Designed for demanding wide-format printing applications such as track and trace operations, it offers outstanding accuracy, rugged durability, and modern connectivity options.

With models available in both 203dpi and 305dpi resolutions, and a generous 6-inch print width, the CL6NX Plus is ideal for printing large format labels including A5 SSCC pallet labels. Its high-precision print capabilities make it suitable for intricate applications like PCB labelling for small electronic components.

Set-up and maintenance are straightforward thanks to a tool-less design and the innovative Pureline platen roller, which provides a visual indicator for wear. A smart print head monitors usage to ensure timely replacements, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.

The CL6NX Plus supports standalone printing via SATO's Application-Enabled Printing (AEP), allowing operators to connect devices like barcode scanners or keypads directly to the printer, eliminating the need for a PC and saving both space and cost.

Optional features such as inline barcode verification allow for real-time checking of 1D and 2D codes, with defective labels automatically voided. The printer also supports UHF RFID printing and encoding, with SATO’s RF Analyze function enabling faster optimisation of RFID settings.

Connectivity options include USB, Serial, Ethernet, Parallel, Bluetooth (standard), and optional WLAN. The printer is compatible with multiple legacy systems via competitive language emulations, making integration simple and seamless.
